Mark Robert Mulligan

The man who was always working finally put down his tools. Mark Robert Mulligan passed away February 21, 2026, at the age of 58. Mark was born October 11, 1967, in Hawaii. He is survived by his sisters Kathleen Williams and Maureen Johnson (Joe); nephews Brandon Williams (Andrea), James Mulligan, Robert Johnson (Annamarie), and Matthew Johnson; and great-nieces and nephew Cadence & Emmaline Williams, and Aubree & Jameson Mulligan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Francis Mulligan and Sandra Lee Wright Mulligan. Mark’s final resting place will be in the peace and beauty of Hawaii.
