Claudette Louise Allgaier

Claudette Louise Allgaier, age 84 of Sacramento, CA passed away on Monday June 12, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Claude and Esther Mason and her loving spouse of 45 years Carmen “Sunny” Allgaier. She is survived by her beloved daughter Heidi (John) Pittner. Beloved Grandma to Ashleigh Salazar, Kim (Alex) La Grassa and Marsha Pittner (James Moore). Beloved Great Grandma to Maddison Moore, Nicol La Grassa and Robert Moore.

She was born on February 19, 1939 in Oskaloosa, Iowa to Claude and Esther Mason. Her family moved to Sacramento when she was 3 and she lived in the Sacramento area most of her life. She graduated from Sacramento High School in 1957. After graduation from high school, she was a nurses aid at Mercy General hospital until 1965 when she left to start her family. She loved helping others and was happy being around family and friends. In her free time she enjoyed working word searches, reading magazines, reading anything to do with cooking and you could always find her reading Daniele Steel and James Patterson books.

Recently she took up coloring which she found a great passion for in the last year. No funeral will be held per her final wishes.
