William passed away in Sacramento on December 15, 2015. A native of Sacramento who was born January 17, 1920. Beloved son of the late William and Emma Julia Miller. He will be missed by all who loved him. Friends are invited for a Catholic Graveside service on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 2pm at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 6700 21st Avenue, Sacramento.
