Vessie Major, born in McCurtin County, Oklahoma on August 21, 1919 to Fad and Rossie Cotton passed away peacefully at the age of 96 on July 13, 2016 in Sacramento, California. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Viewing will be held on August 6, 2016 at 10 am at The Supreme Council of the House of Jacob at 1417 Vinci Avenue, Sacramento, California 95838 and the Funeral Service will start at 11am at that location. Burial will follow at Sunset Lawn Cemetery.
