Patrick M. Gormley
Patrick M. Gormley, a native Sacramentan and 4th generation Funeral Director and Owner of W.F. Gormley & Sons Funeral Home. Graduated from Christian Brothers High School in 1974, Sacramento City College with A.A. Degree in Business Administration in 1976, and Rancho Arroyo College of Mortuary Science in 1980. Currently holds Funeral Director License #763, Embalmer’s License #7113, and Forethought Life Insurance License #8139. Patrick has been working in the family business since June of 1973. Involved in numerous clubs and organizations for the past 39 years, some include, President of the Sacramento area Funeral Directors Association 1992-1994, President of Christian Brothers High School Alumni Association 1985-1986, and Del Paso Country Club Board of Directors 1999-2002, a member of Rotary Club of Sacramento from 1990-2000, and Sacred Heart School Board 1997-2000, Sacramento Serra Club, Knights of Columbus #953, East Sacramento Little League Board of Directors, U.C.D. Leadership Council, Sacramento Sunshine Boys Club, and a member of William Land Park Men’s Golf Club.

Patrick M. Gormley Jr.
Patrick M. Gormley Jr. is the 5th generation of the Gormley Family to be a part of the business. Patrick has California Funeral Directors License #3421. Born and raised in Sacramento and graduated from Christian Brothers High School. After Christian Brothers, he gradated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with Distinction Honors and a Minor in Business Management. A member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity where he served on their Executive Board. When he moved back to Sacramento he volunteered his time at the Sacramento State Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon for a period of time. Glenn H. Locke
A native Minnesotan, Glenn has lived in Northern California for almost 29 years. While studying Business and Economics at Sacramento State University, he accepted a part-time position with W.F. Gormley & Sons. Upon graduation, Glenn gradually became manager of the funeral home and obtained his license in 1997.
During this time he has served many families hoping to maintain the quality reputation W.F. Gormley & Sons has in Sacramento.
In 2011, Glenn served as a consultant to the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Cemetery and Funeral Bureau, to reevaluate the testing standards for new state licensees including redeveloping the Funeral Directors license examination which will be in place for the next seven years.

Robert L. Simpson
Robert is a lifelong resident of Sacramento, Robert attended local schools and graduated from San Francisco College of Mortuary Science as a licensed embalmer and holds license number CA EMB #8884. Joseph J. Ostoja
Joe has been working and helping on all types of services at W.F. Gormley & Sons for many years. Born in Sacramento in 1919, he attended St. Francis primary school and Christian Brothers High School.
Joe joined the Marine Corps in 1942 and served in the South Pacific and the Philipines. He later began a career with Triangle Produce Company that spanned 36 years. In 1976, he began volunteering his time for Fr. Dan Madigan and the early formation of Sacramento Food Bank Services. He is a long-time parishioner at Immaculate Conception Church. He began working with William Gormley in 1984 and truly enjoys being a part of the family business to this day!
